Triad Learning Management System (TLMS)

VIEW PRODUCT PRESENTATION (PPT).

This LMS is a ASP.NET and C# portal developed based on Microsoft’s IBUYSPY.COM architecture. The LMS has both intranet as well as Application Service models inbuilt. ADLNET.ORG’s Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) is the model upon which this LMS has been developed thus enabling all Learning Management System’s developed on this model to share objects between each other.

The system provides for creating students, creating classes and enrolling students into them. Classes are created from Courses and a set of courses have to be completed in order to obtain an accreditation. A licensing system is also in place to track the number of users who are currently logged in and the number of users who are currently viewing a course.

The progress of a student is automatically tracked and the administrator or the instructor of the class can take various reports to monitor the progress.

A general BBS (Bulletin Board Service) and also a class specific BBS is available for students to exchange ideas.

A chat is also featured for the students to chat with the instructor to clear their doubts.

Triad Foreign Exchange Automation System

Triad has developed a product for Foreign Exchange companies, situated in the middle east or any other companies. This solution is currently live and running in one of the leading exchange companies headquartered out of Abu Dhabi, UAE with over 15 branches. This is a web based solution developed in .NET and completely automates the operations, accounting and reporting requirements of such organizations. Modules include Masters, Currency Rates Fixation and Validations, Transactions including Currency Buying Selling, Demand Drafts (DD), Telex Transfers (TT), Instant Money Transfers, Authorizations and multiple criteria Reports. This product also has liaison offices and partner agents module for exchange houses who work with offices in other countries for DD transactions. As this is web based, it becomes highly flexible and scalable with and grows in parallel with your organization.

Triad Anti Money Laundering System

Triad has developed and implemented a solution catering to the Anti Money Laundering (AML) compliance departments for Foreign Exchange companies, based out of the Middle East region. The implementation is live and running in a leading exchange company headquartered out of Abu Dhabi, UAE with over 15 branches. This is a web based solution developed in .NET 2.0, AJAX with SQL Server 2000/2005 as backend. The AML Solution has inbuilt rules of two types - Direct, Pattern based and works on single as well as cumulative transactions across multiple branches. The highly sophisticated rules engine runs every day at a stipulated time and looks at all the earlier day transactions, that have occurred across multiple branches. Direct and Cumulative rules are applied and alerts are thrown. These alerts are monitored by the Compliance Department every day and they either dispose it or assign it to Compliance Officers (usually Branch Managers). The Compliance Officers from each branch login and see the ISTRs (Internal Suspicious Transaction Records) assigned to them. The alerts when assigned become Internal Suspicious Transaction Records. The Branch Managers perform a Know Your Customer (KYC) on each of the ISTRs and submit their data back to the Compliance Department. The Compliance Department now has options to either approve and move it up as an STR (Suspicious Transaction Record) for the Chief Compliance Officer's approval or dispose it. The system has intelligent controls and user options at every stage of the workflow.
This solution has increased the productivity of the Compliance Department as well as made the exchange very easily meet the Central Bank Compliance regulations. Manual work has been reduced to almost just 10%.

Triad Purchasing Inventory System

This is a Purchasing Inventory System developed in .NET. It contains both Purchasing and Inventory related features. Purchasing involves Maintenance of Supplies, Maintenance of Stores, Purchase Orders Entry, Stock Receipts Entry, Purchase Analysis and Supplier Evaluation. Inventory involves Maintenance of Products, Mapping Products to Suppliers, Inventory Adjustments Entry, End of month/end of year procedures. The system contains numerous reports that provide useful data. The system also has option for custom reports, where the users can define the fields to be present in the report.
